Airworthiness Directives; Saab AB, Support and Services (Formerly Known as Saab AB, Saab Aeronautics) Airplanes

The FAA proposes to remove Airworthiness Directive 2023-13-07, which applies to certain Saab AB, Support and Services Model SAAB 340B airplanes, as it is no longer necessary due to a determination that affected airplanes can be safely operated at the initially published maximum take-off weight.
