FMCSA Grants Exemption to Motion Picture Association for Commercial Motor Vehicle Drivers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted an exemption to the Motion Picture Association (MPA) allowing commercial motor vehicle drivers to use paper records of duty status instead of electronic logging devices for transportation to or from theatrical or television motion picture production sites.
