FINRA Proposes Rule Change to Update FINRA Rule 4521(d) with Non-Substantive Technical Changes

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has filed a proposed rule change to update FINRA Rule 4521(d) with non-substantive technical changes, which will take effect immediately
