Ferrosilicon From the Russian Federation: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that ferrosilicon from Russia is being sold in the United States at less than fair value, with a period of investigation from July 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
