Certain Pea Protein From the People's Republic of China: Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination and Final Affirmative Critical Circumstances Determination

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain pea protein from China, specifically from January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022.
