FINRA Approves Rule Change for Disclosure of Price and Concessions in Selling Agreements

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a proposed rule change to adopt FINRA Rule 5160, which requires brokers to disclose price and concessions in selling agreements in the Consolidated FINRA Rulebook.
