Certain Quartz Surface Products From India: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2022-2023

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that certain quartz surface products from India are not being sold at below normal value during the 2022-2023 period. The agency is also rescinding the administrative review for certain companies.
