New York Stock Exchange LLC Approves Proposed Rule Change to Amend Section 102.01 of the NYSE Listed Company Manual

The New York Stock Exchange LLC has approved a proposed rule change, as modified by Amendment No. 1, to amend Section 102.01 of the NYSE Listed Company Manual, requiring stockholder requirements to be calculated on a worldwide basis for companies listing from outside North America in connection with their initial public offerings.
