U.S. Customs and Border Protection Restores Authority Citations for Enhanced Air Cargo Advance Screening

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is restoring authority citations originally found in parts 103 and 122 of title 19 of the Code of Federal Regulations, which were removed after the publication of the Enhanced Air Cargo Advance Screening interim final rule on November 21, 2025.
