Department of Homeland Security Invites Public Comment on Immigrant Petition for Gold Card Program

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services invites the public and other Federal agencies to comment on a proposed revision of the Immigrant Petition for the Gold Card Program, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
