The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that aluminum wire and cable imports from Cambodia, Korea, and Vietnam using Chinese inputs are not covered by antidumping and countervailing duty orders on aluminum wire and cable from China. The agency also finds circumvention in Korea and Vietnam, but not in Cambodia.
