The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) proposes to amend the Fishery Ecosystem Plan for the American Samoa Archipelago, discontinuing the rebuilding plan for American Samoa bottomfish and implementing annual catch limits and accountability measures for fishing years 2024-2026.
