Airworthiness Directives; The Boeing Company Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a new airworthiness directive for The Boeing Company's Model 737-700, -700C, -800, -900, and -900ER series airplanes to address cracks in the outward lower wing skin.
