Airworthiness Directives; MHI RJ Aviation ULC (Type Certificate Previously Held by Bombardier, Inc.) Airplanes

The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive for MHI RJ Aviation ULC airplanes to address elevator autopilot control cable failure, requiring replacement of the cables to address the unsafe condition.
