BATS Exchange, Inc. Granted Exemption by the SEC for Rule Filing Requirements

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted BATS Exchange, Inc. an exemption from certain rule filing requirements under Section 36(a) of the Exchange Act, as per the company's application and in accordance with the rule filing requirements of Section 19(b) of the Exchange Act.
