DHS Proposes Fee Adjustment for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Form I-246

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) proposes to increase the fee for adjudicating Form I-246 from $155 to $755 to recover costs, which have not been adjusted since 1989.
