USCG Proposes Amendments to Safety Zones for Fireworks Displays in East District

The US Coast Guard is proposing to amend its safety zones for fireworks displays in the USCG East District, adding safety zones for three recurring events and amending one in the Virginia Captain of the Port Zone.
