Agency Information Collection Activities; Renewal of an Approved Information Collection Request: Motor Carrier Records Change Form

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) plans to submit an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
