SEC Institutes Proceedings to Review Texas Stock Exchange LLC's National Securities Exchange Registration Application

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has initiated proceedings to determine whether to grant or deny Texas Stock Exchange LLC's application for registration as a national securities exchange under Section 6 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
