Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board Proposes Revised Interpretive Questions & Answers on Rule G-37

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC, which, if approved, will revise interpretive questions and answers on the application of Rule G-37, effective immediately.
