Airworthiness Directives; The Boeing Company Airplanes

The FAA proposes a new airworthiness directive for The Boeing Company Model 787-8, 787-9, and 787-10 airplanes to address fatigue cracks found on the thrust reverser outer V-blade during scheduled maintenance and inspections.
