Migratory Bird Permits; Authorizing the Incidental Take of Migratory Birds; Withdrawal

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is withdrawing an advance notice of proposed rulemaking for migratory bird permits, effective October 4, 2021, as per an order by the Secretary of the Interior.
