Finished Carbon Steel Flanges From India: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, and Rescission, in Part; 2022-2023

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that producers and/or exporters of finished carbon steel flanges from India made sales at less than normal value during August 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023, and is rescinding the review for certain companies.
