NYSE Arca, Inc. Seeks Approval for New Option Trading Rule

NYSE Arca, Inc. has submitted a proposed rule change to the SEC, allowing cabinet trades to take place at prices below $1 per option contract until July 1, 2010, in an effort to increase market liquidity and efficiency.
