NYSE Amex Grants Accelerated Approval for 'Professional Customer' Designation Rule

The NYSE Amex has approved a proposed rule change to designate a 'Professional Customer' category, following a request from NYSE Amex LLC, in accordance with a notice issued by the Self-Regulatory Organizations committee.
