The U.S. Department of Commerce is initiating changed circumstances reviews to consider revoking, in part, antidumping and countervailing duty orders on certain small, low-wattage, off-grid crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from China, following a request from Lutron Electronics Co., Inc.
