Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes From Mexico: Preliminary Results and Rescission in Part, of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2022-2023

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico were sold at less than normal value during the period of review from September 1, 2022, through August 31, 2023. Commerce is also rescinding this review, in part, with respect to certain companies.
