U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Proposes National Primary Drinking Water Regulation for Perchlorate

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing a National Primary Drinking Water Regulation for perchlorate with a Maximum Contaminant Level Goal of 0.02 mg/L and considering enforceable levels of 0.02 mg/L, 0.04 mg/L, or 0.08 mg/L.
