EPA Approves Indiana's 2010 Sulfur Dioxide Redesignation and Maintenance Plan for Huntington County

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Indiana's request to redesignate the Huntington area in Huntington County from nonattainment to attainment for the 2010 sulfur dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS). The agency also approved Indiana's maintenance plan for the area as part of the state's federally enforceable State Implementation Plan (SIP).
