EPA Proposes Approval of Oklahoma's Air Plan for 2010 SO2 NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Oklahoma's State Implementation Plan (SIP) submittal, which demonstrates the state's compliance with the Clean Air Act's 'good neighbor' provision for the 2010 1-hour sulfur dioxide (SO2) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS).
