Air Plan Approval; Connecticut; State Implementation Plan Revisions Required as a Result of a Definition Change Due to the Ozone Reclassification

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Connecticut, primarily to add compliance dates for sources brought into the applicability of certain sections due to a change in the definition of 'severe non-attainment area for ozone'. This action is being taken in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
