NMFS Extends Public Comment Period for Proposed Listing of Ten Species of Giant Clams

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has extended the public comment period for its proposed rule to list 10 species of giant clams as endangered or threatened under the Endangered Species Act, with comments now due on October 23, 2024.
