Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From Ecuador: Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination
The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that countervailable subsidies are being provided to Ecuadorian producers and exporters of frozen warmwater shrimp, effective from January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022.
