Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products From Japan: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2022-2023

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that one of the two producers/exporters of hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value during the period of review from October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023.
