SEC Proposes Rule Changes to Options Trading Access and Fees

The Securities and Exchange Commission is seeking public comment on proposed amendments to Rule 610 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, which would regulate access to options quotations and fees for such access, with the goal of promoting fair and efficient trading practices.
