Pesticide Product Registration; Emergency Exemption Request and Application for a New Active Ingredient

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) received an application from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to register a new pesticide product containing NovoFly, a genetically engineered New World screwworm. The EPA is soliciting public comment on the application, waiving the comment period for the emergency exemption request.
