EPA Publishes Draft Sixth Contaminant Candidate List for Public Review

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is publishing a draft list of 75 contaminants, including chemicals and microbes, for public review and comment. The list, known as the Sixth Contaminant Candidate List (CCL 6), may require regulation under the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) in the future.
