EPA Proposes Repeal of Utah's Northern Wasatch Front Ozone Nonattainment Area Classification

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to repeal the December 9, 2024, final rule that classified the Northern Wasatch Front nonattainment area in Utah as a Serious nonattainment area due to failure to attain the 2015 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
