U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Extends Comment Period for Ethylene Oxide Emissions Standards

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the comment period for the proposed 'National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Ethylene Oxide Emissions Standards for Sterilization Facilities Residual Risk and Technology Review Reconsideration' rule, which is now set to close on May 15, 2026.
