Loveland Area Projects-Rate Order No. WAPA-212

The Western Area Power Administration proposes revised formula rates for the Loveland Area Projects, which consist of the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project and the Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program, to recover interest expense and repay investments.
