Airworthiness Directives; Bombardier, Inc., Airplanes

The FAA proposes a new airworthiness directive for certain Bombardier, Inc., Model BD-700-1A10 and BD-700-1A11 airplanes to address engine-driven pump hydraulic pressure hoses chafing against the pylon.
