EPA Approves Negative Declarations for District of Columbia Air Quality Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved negative declarations submitted by the District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment (DCDOEE) on July 19, 2024, and August 28, 2024, certifying no large municipal waste combustors, crude oil and natural gas facilities, or electric utility generating units subject to the Clean Air Act within the District of Columbia.
