Termination of the October 3, 2023 Designation of Venezuela for Temporary Protected Status

The US Secretary of Homeland Security has terminated the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation of Venezuela, effective April 7, 2025, citing it is contrary to the national interest to permit covered Venezuelan nationals to remain temporarily in the United States.
