Alien Registration Form and Evidence of Registration

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued an interim final rule (IFR) to amend regulations regarding alien registration and fingerprinting. The IFR designates a new registration form and evidence documentation for aliens subject to the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
