Airworthiness Directives; Bombardier, Inc., Airplanes

The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive for Bombardier, Inc., Model BD-700-2A12 airplanes to address a potential descent below specified path guidance after engine failure during a required navigation performance authorization required approach under certain weight, altitude, and temperature conditions.
