Airworthiness Directives; The Boeing Company Airplanes

The FAA proposes a new airworthiness directive for The Boeing Company's Model 737-600, -700, -700C, -800, -900, and -900ER series airplanes to address an unsafe condition caused by under-torqued and missing nuts on the horizontal stabilizer trim actuator.
