Airworthiness Directives; MHI RJ Aviation ULC (Type Certificate Previously Held by Bombardier, Inc.) Airplanes

The FAA proposes a new airworthiness directive for MHI RJ Aviation ULC airplanes to address an unsafe condition caused by prematurely worn teeth on a rubber bull gear wheel in the horizontal stabilizer trim actuator.
