Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulation for Duluth Harbor

The US Coast Guard is proposing a temporary special local regulation for designated areas of Duluth Harbor during the Festival of Sail 2025 event in Duluth, MN, to ensure safety of life on navigable waters from July 10 to July 13, 2025.
