Small Diameter Graphite Electrodes From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Rescission of Review, in Part; 2021-2022

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that Fushun Jinly Petrochemical Carbon Co., Ltd. sold small diameter graphite electrodes from China at prices below normal value during February 1, 2021, through January 31, 2022. The review is being rescinded for all other companies involved.
