NMFS Issues Regulations for Spiny Lobster Management in Puerto Rico, St. Croix, and St. Thomas and St. John

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued regulations to implement management measures for spiny lobster in the U.S. Caribbean exclusive economic zone around Puerto Rico, St. Croix, and St. Thomas and St. John, aiming to prevent overfishing and achieve optimum yield.
